Customer's being happy is the #1 goal at HostaKing.  If you are not happy with your plants, HostaKing will make it right.  We can either ship you replacement plants or refund your money.   You can have the same plants or have different plants, of equal or lesser value, shipped to you.   If you feel a full money refund is necessary, we are happy to honor that request too.   Let us know why you are not happy and we will make it right.

Gift Plants

Plants make a wonderful gift! 
Click the Gift option during checkout.  Your order will be flagged as a gift.  You can also add a Note to the order that the happy person will see. 

FaceTime Plant Tour

Want to say Hi to your plants before they ship?   Send us an email that you want a virtual tour and we will arrange a Facetime session.  This will allow you to see the quality of the plants, before they arrive.  

Returns

The process for returns is simple:  send us an email at help@hostaking.com.  Include your Order Number and Tell Us Why you are not satisfied. Let us know if you want replacement plants or a full refund.  We will respond within 24 hours and immediately start the refund process.
