Collection: Leucanthemum

Leucanthemum is a genus of flowering plants in the Asteraceae family, commonly known as daisies, including species like the ox-eye daisy (Leucanthemum vulgare) and Shasta daisy (Leucanthemum × superbum).

They grow 30–130 cm tall from rhizomes, thrive in full sun, and prefer well-drained soil. Popular in gardens, they attract pollinators like bees and butterflies but can be invasive in some regions, like Australia. Care involves regular watering, deadheading to extend blooming, and dividing clumps every 2–3 years. Some species are food for Lepidoptera larvae. The name comes from Greek "leukos" (white) and "anthemon" (flower).
