Agastache, commonly known as  anise hyssop, giant hyssop or hummingbird mint, is a genus of about 30 species of aromatic, perennial herbs in the mint family (Lamiaceae). These plants are valued for their ornamental qualities, fragrant foliage, and ability to attract pollinators like bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds.

Typically, 1–6 feet tall. Drought-tolerant once established. Loves full sun. Tolerates poor soil, but hates heavy clay. Long bloomer into early fall.
