Hosta King Promise
Your happiness with us is our #1 goal at Hosta King. If you are not happy with your plants, Hosta King will make it right. We can refund your money. Let us know why you are not happy and we will make it right.
Refunds & Returns
Send us a request from our Chat bubble. Include your Order Number and Tell Us Why you are not satisfied and would like a refund. We require returns for refunds covering more than 6 plants so that we can review the plants and report back to our growers important issues. Unfortunately, we do not pay for return shipping.

Shipped Trimmed & Ready to Plant
We sell mostly starter and bare root plants carefully trimmed and prepared for planting upon arrival. 99.999% of the time we do not ship in containers. In those rare and infrequent occasions when a plant does ship in a container, it will be acknowledged on the plant listing.
Delivery
Your order should arrive with 6-8 days.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are as follows:
- $6.99 for orders up to $39.99
- $10.99 for orders between $40 and $79.99
- $14.99 for orders between $80 and $119.99
- $18.99 for orders between $120 and $159.99
- $22.99 for orders between $160 and $199.99
- FREE for orders $200 or greater
