Send us a request from our Contact Us page. Include your Order Number and Tell Us Why you are not satisfied. Let us know if you want replacement plants or a full refund. We'll get on it.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are as follows:

- $10.99 for orders between $40 and $79.99
- $14.99 for orders between $80 and $119.99
- $18.99 for orders between $120 and $159.99

- FREE for orders $200 or greater
