We can either ship you replacement plants or refund your money.  You can have the same plants or have different plants, of equal or lesser value, shipped to you.  If you feel a full money refund is necessary, we are happy to honor that request too. Let us know why you are not happy and we will make it right.

We sell mostly starter and bare root plants carefully trimmed and prepared for planting upon arrival. 99.999% of the time we do not ship in containers. In those rare and infrequent occasions when a plant does ship in a container, it will be acknowledged on the plant listing.

Delivery

Your order should arrive within 4-10 days depending on where you live. 

Returns & Exchanges

Send us a request from our Chat bubble. Include your Order Number and Tell Us Why you are not satisfied and would like a refund. We require returns for refunds covering more than 6 plants so that we can review the plants and report back to our growers important issues. Unfortunately, we do not pay for return shipping.

  • $10.99 for orders between $40 and $79.99
  • $14.99 for orders between $80 and $119.99
  • $18.99 for orders between $120 and $159.99
  • $22.99 for orders between $160 and $199.99
  • FREE for orders $200 or greater
